A 3-part meditation series over 2 months for *the current times. This series includes 3 live one hour Zoom online classes to introduce the meditations. The Zoom course will be available on You Tube, if you prefer to access it on your own time and pace instead of attending the live Zoom meetings, or following this schedule. It is encouraged for you to continue the meditation in the weeks following, until we next meet to introduce the next meditation. Meditations will be 7 minutes to 31minutes, your choice of time. This is a conscious, natural flow of meditations, bolstering the following meditation themes, to culminate in a solid foundation for moving forward into the year ahead. All bodies, all levels.
Meditation 1 - Clear Blocks
Essential, simple practices to prepare for deeper meditation practices.
Monday Januray 19, 7-8pm est: Zoom meeting for the meditation instruction and practice together. (New Moon).
Meditation 2 - Build Intuition
Strong intuition is essential for ease, flow, and opportunities in life. Clearing kleshas (mental states or blocks that result in clouding the mind) supports intuition to then arise naturally. With the help of meditations specific to building intuition, we gain clarity, an innate ‘knowing’ essential for the productive, ‘moving forward’ energy year that will be 2026. At this point of ‘opening’, we will also discuss grounding and protective practices.
Friday February 13, 6-7:30pm est: Zoom meeting for the meditation instruction and practice together.
Meditation 3 - Focus, Action, Prosperity
Prosperity is the ability to move clearly and smoothly into actions, life, with the experience of ease, flow, a natural unfolding and alignment. If we have not experienced this before, it can feel like lots of positive serendipity, or miracles. However, this is our true natural space of abundance, a fullness of all the richness of life, love, alignment. An allowing, rather than a pushing or resisting. Time in meditations 1 & 2 build an optimal space for this meditation to bloom.
Tuesday March 3, 7-8pm est: Zoom meeting for the meditation instruction and practice together. (Full Moon).
The self-paced nature of this series allow you to follow your own natural rhythms. The meditations will be introduced, and you can follow with the practice in the following weeks (or longer) that works and feels best for you, whether once per day, or a few times a week. You are free to join the Zoom meetings in person, or access the recordings on your own time, at any time after the Zoom class dates.
