The Art of Communicating

1st mantra - I am here for you - presence

2nd mantra - I know you are there, and I am very happy. Their presence is important to my happiness

3rd mantra - I know you suffer, and that is why I am here for you. Don't 'fix' suffering, just be there for them

4th mantra - I suffer, please help. 24hrs of suffering before practicing this mantra

5th mantra - This is a happy moment

6th mantra - You are partly right (when someone praises or criticizes you). Say out loud or silently. We each have strengths and weaknesses. We don't judge ourselves, we accept. The other person only sees part of you, but have not seen all parts of you.
