Meditations for Intuition
Intuition is one of the most important human assets.
We are in the age of information overload. Our left brain- logical, linear, speed, multitask- easily gets overwhelmed with this overload. We need to develop the right side of the brain to cultivate our intuition. Intuition is deep understanding and sensitivity, and the mind can analyze anything in the shortest possible time. Intuition also allows us to break out of the worries, stress and confines of the material, finite world, into a connection with a larger, expansive ‘knowing’ experience.
We are all born with intuitive capacity. We experience intuitive impulses all the time. Kundalini yoga and meditation allows us to learn to recognize, access, train and utilize this natural faculty. As we grow in this awareness, we trust our intuition more and more and it becomes a great relief and guide in our lives. A true gift!
There are several meditations to help increase intuition. First, please choose the Meditation for Shunia (7 mins), or the Meditation to Tranquilize the Mind (3 mins). These meditations help quiet the mind and relax you so that you can gain the most benefit from the meditations for intuition.
